Jason Silverman is an Associate Professor in the Department of Pediatrics, Division of Gastroenterology and Nutrition at the University of Alberta, and a pediatric gastroenterologist and Medical Director of the Children's Intestinal Rehabilitation Program at Stollery Children's Hospital. His clinical and academic interests are in intestinal rehabilitation, cystic fibrosis and medical education. He was one of the co-creators of Bowel Sounds and has been one of the hosts since 2019.

Jennifer A. Lee, MD is an Associate Professor of Pediatrics at the Ohio State University. She practices general gastroenterology at Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus, OH. 

Jordan Whatley is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pediatrics, Division of Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) Shawn Jenkins Children's Hospital in Charleston, SC. He is a Pediatric Gastroenterologist and the Co-Director of the Pediatric Aerodigestive Program. He is also Program Director of the Pediatric Gastroenterology Fellowship Program at MUSC. He joined the Bowel Sounds team as a host in 2025.

Dr. Peter Lu is a pediatric gastroenterologist and Research Director of the Neurogastroenterology and Motility Disorders Center at Nationwide Children's Hospital and Associate Professor of Pediatrics at The Ohio State University College of Medicine in Columbus, OH.  He is a co-creator of the podcast and has been a host since its first episode in 2019.

Amber Hildreth is an Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of California San Diego and Medical Director of Liver Transplant at Rady Children's Hospital San Diego. Her clinical and research interests focus on pediatric liver disorders, genomic medicine, and improving outcomes in pediatric liver transplant patients.
